Kindly provide the details of your Medical Insurance at the time of admission, failing which the bill cannot be processed as cashless policy.
We request you to be aware of the terms & conditions of your policy, specifically the ” non medical expenses” that are covered under your policy .
Once an insurance request is sent for pre- authorization to the insurance company, they will grant only a part of the total amount requested. Any further enhancements (i.e. additions to the bill amount) will be sent to the insurance company for additional approval.
Please note that the Hospital has no role to play in the delay or denial of the final approval from the insurance companies.
