Dr. Thummala Kamala received her elementary training in medicine with an MBBS degree from the Kurnool Medical College, Andhra Pradesh in 1971. She then specialized in Endocrinology with an FADM qualification from the Samatvam Institute of Medical Science, Bengaluru, in 2005. Subsequently she has also attained the FACE qualification from the Public Health Foundation of India, New Delhi in 2010.Dr Thummala Kamala worked as a Consultant & Faculty, Diabetes, Endocrinology and Medicine, Jnana Sanjeevini Medical Center, as an Associate of Honorary Consultant (Dr S S Srikanta) Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism and also as a Co- Investigator, Clinical Research, Jnana Sanjeevini Medical Center.
